  • Reach at the work place timely.
  • Measurement of blood pressure, pulse, fever, sugar, oxygen level etc will be done properly and timely.
  • Medicine will be given timely and according to the prescription of the doctor.
  • After rising from bed (Sleep) face, mouth will be cleaned properly and brush will be done accordingly.
  • Timely proper feeding will be done as per advice of the doctor, NG Tube may be used.
  • Bathing, dress changing, shaving and trimming of nails and hair will be done timely.
  • The patient will be treated as per his/ her comfort and dignity.
  • Bedridden patient will be taken extra care so that s/he does not have bedsore.
  • Patient will be assist to go washroom and if it is required bedpan support will be given and wishing and cleaning will be done properly.
  • Assist to walking, reading newspaper, using mobile/ equipment.
  • Keep the patient neat and clean. Aim to be a companion of his/ her weal and woe.
